Warranty and Returns

All equipment sold by KNN  will have a minimum of a 3 mth warranty. Some items may also have the balance of the original manufacturer's factory warranty

Items which are not functional due to a specific hardware fault and applies to all components, fans, parts, LCD panels etc. unless specifically excluded

Prior to any return please get in contact with us via e-mail, so we can help you quickly and efficiently. We aim to deal with all e-mails on a 48hr turn around Monday to Friday

Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return postage in any instance. If the item has been identified with a fault covered by the warranty we will refund the return postage. We can only refund or replace items we actually receive. To guarantee receipt YOU must return the item by registered post or courier, this will provide you with a proof of receipt. All Returns are processed within 5 working days of receipt at our office. Please ensure you include your eBay user ID, listing number and reason for return; otherwise, the repair/refund will be delayed.

If you contact us within the warranty period from the date of invoice, we will arrange an equivalent or greater product to replace the original item

If you return your item for any other reason within 7 days from receipt we will refund you less the postage and packing and 25% re-stocking fee

The item must be returned to KNN within 5 days of a warranty claim and packed carefully using the same or similar packaging material the item was sent with

A copy of the invoice must be provided with the returned item

This warranty is not transferable and is limited to the original purchaser of the item

Terms and Conditions

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. The buyer assumes all risk of liability with respect to the purchase of the product, buyer responsible for shipping charges.

Your purchase is a contract, once you make a purchase that purchase is final.

All items will come with a minimum of a 3mth warranty

Once payment is received, the item will be sent to the address you provided us when making your purchase.

Final sale price is GST inclusive. A tax invoice will be supplied with every purchase.

Making a purchase with KNN constitutes your agreement and acceptance of these terms and conditions, our shipping conditions and warranty statement.

If you do not agree, please do not place a bid on our item

We make every effort to keep the information up to date and accurate but we cannot guarantee that it is error-free.

All sales subject to stock availability. A full refund will be given if out of stock.

If the item is out of stock, it may be replaced with a similar or better equivalent it once it confirmed with the customer.

We email a copy of tax invoice to the customer’s email address, upon request.

In any condition, the customer decides to cancel order/s minimum 20% cancellation fees apply provided that goods are in original/unused condition. Any postage and handling charges cannot be refundable.

For return or refund: once we receive the item back and fully inspected we will arrange the refund. (It takes up to 2 working days after we receive the item)

Customers using PayPal may be asked for further identification to protect against fraud.

Customers paying via PayPal are not allowed to arrange the pickup; PayPal seller protection requires sellers to post the item. (Customer planning to arrange pickup please use other payment modes.)

Shipping TERMS

 All items are in stock and will be dispatched from our warehouse in 3-5 business days of your payment being received. Please note that items purchased on weekends or public holidays are dispatched the next working day. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by our couriers or Australia Post.

Shipping fees and return shipping charges are non-refundable

Shipment is within Australia only

Multiple items purchased can be combined to save on shipping costs

Parts are placed anti-static shielding bags, then protected by using bubble bags and finally placed in a sturdy box for shipping

Tracking is included with all items

 Items are shipped with Australian Post.
